Of course the water heater needs replacing on Christmas Eve!! Of course there’s a water leak at our son’s home ON THE SAME DAY!!! My call for help was returned even before I could finish leaving a message, and less than an hour later we received a call to schedule our replacement. The gentleman who came to do the work was personable, knowledgeable and professional - we couldn’t ask for more.

We accidentally clogged our kitchen drain and yelped for a plumber. Got an appointment for 2 hours later, they showed up on time and fixed my drain in a half hour.
They were courteous and prompt and didn't poke fun at me for not knowing rice can't go in a garbage disposal.
